Refund and Returns Policy

Your Right to Cancel

  • As an EU consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after you receive the goods.
  • You do not need to give a reason, but we kindly ask you to let us know.

How to Cancel

  • Please send us an email within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • After you inform us, you have another 14 days to return the goods.

Condition of Returned Goods

  • Items must be returned unused and, where possible, in the original packaging.
  • Coffee is a perishable product. If a package is opened or used, we cannot accept a return unless there is a quality problem.

Return Costs

  • The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or sent by mistake.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 14 days.
  • Refunds are made using the same payment method you used for your order.
  • If only part of your order is returned, we will refund only that part.
  • Shipping costs from the original order are refunded only if you return the entire order.

Damaged or Wrong Products

  • If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately.
  • We will cover the return costs and send you a replacement or full refund.
