Terms and Conditions – The Coffee Alchemist

1. General

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop, The Coffee Alchemist. By placing an order, you accept these Terms and Conditions.

  • We do our best to describe our products clearly and accurately.
  • The pictures and artwork shown on our website are for illustration purposes only. The actual packaging may look different, and the artwork may not be the same as shown online.

4. Prices

  • All prices shown include VAT (where applicable) and are in euros, unless stated otherwise.
  • Shipping costs are shown before you confirm your order.
  • We reserve the right to update prices at any time.

5. Orders and Payments

  • An order is final once payment has been received.
  • Payment methods are shown at checkout.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship orders within the timeframe stated on our website.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and postal service.
  • If delivery is delayed, we will inform you as soon as possible.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

  • You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
  • To cancel, you must inform us by email within 14 days.
  • You then have 14 days to return the goods.
  • You will receive a refund within 14 days of us receiving the return.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Returns

  • Products must be returned unused, in original packaging where possible.
  • Coffee is a perishable product. If a package is opened or used, we cannot accept the return unless there is a quality problem.

9. Warranty

  • If you receive a defective or wrong product, contact us and we will arrange a solution.

10. Liability

  • We are not responsible for indirect damages such as loss of profit or other financial loss.
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the product you purchased.

11. Privacy

We process personal data according to EU GDPR rules. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

12. Disputes

Disputes can be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands or through the European Online Dispute Resolution platform.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law.
