Description

Fazenda Passeio is located in the southern part of Minas Gerais, where an abundance of specialty coffees are grown. Headed by Adolfo Henrique Vieira Ferreira, the estate focuses on not only the production of fine coffees, but the preservation of the surrounding environment. Currently, 130 hectares are devoted to the production of coffee. The coffee is picked by hand. This can be quite rare for Brazil.

Brazilian coffee is widely recognized for its smoothness and sweetness, with notes of chocolate, nutty undertones, and a low acidity. It also offers a moderate body, balanced with a clean finish. Brazil is the world’s largest producer of coffee, and its beans are known for their consistent quality and versatility. Brazilian coffee beans are generally more affordable than other specialty coffees, making them popular for blends and as a base for espresso blends.
